Spring Cleaning Using Natural Solutions
Thursday March 13, 2025
Spring is the perfect time to refresh and rejuvenate your home. Instead of using toxic and harmful cleaning products, consider using natural solutions for a healthier and eco-friendly cleaning routine.
Starting to implement healthier habits doesn’t have to be daunting or complex. It is essential to reduce your toxic load for a healthier home environment and overall well-being. Poisonous chemicals enter our bodies through inhalation and skin absorption. Many commercial cleaning products necessitate wearing gloves and masks to avoid harm. Additionally, several of these harmful ingredients are not regulated by the Toxic Substances Control Act due to being outdated or grandfathered in.
Reduce Your Toxic Load
Toxins are substances that cause stress in our body. A toxic load refers to the volume of toxic substances that have accumulated in the body at any given time and the overall burden it places on the body's systems and vital organs.
Toxins enter our lives and homes through household cleaners, candles, potpourri, and those devices we plug into the walls that put a scent in the air, or fragrance.
